I have been on 50 mcg for about 6 or 7 months. I have been taking 10 mg percocets (about 10 a day) to stop taking patch. I cut my patches (mylan). I had about 30 mcg on for the last three days and today I put about 20 mcg size patch on. I am thinking if I can get off the patch or way down, I am better of wd from the percocets than the Fentanyl and I plan on going to detox for 5 dyas once I get the patch way down or off and just make a jump or detox from the percocets.

Does this sound reasonable?
