I am very excited to be starting orlistat on Monday. I am so ready to start losing weight and I hope that orlistat has all the answers for me. Now that I am starting orlistat for sure, I do want to know what the side effects of it could be, so that I am prepared and don't freak out. Can anyone tell me?

People using orlistat often say that they have diarrhea all the time, and frequent and urgent bowel movements. Flatulence, stomach cramps and similar complaints are also part of orlistat.
