Is it really a skin bridge or is it your frenulum? If it's a skin bridge you should get it fixed, if it's your frenulum you still should get it cut but it's not an emergency. My frenulum was short and it tore several times soon after I got married because 60 years ago sex was like a grown up's secret so we had no sex-ed or even talked about it.
