a few months a ago my penis was perfectly fine, could fully retract foreskin when it was erect and when it was not.

ive been having sex for over 2 years, and just recently i tore the outside of my foreskin, it was a bit painful to retract when fully erect, and stung a bit when i washed in the shower but i could still do it.

fast forward a week or so it scabbed over, would not retract as easily but still doable.

and just last week i noticed on one side of the skin bridge i was bleeding slightly, along with a dark spot(trapped blood??).. however it is not painful at all

What is painful is the slight tear on my skin bridge which stings like hell when i retract the foreskin to much, even when its flaccid...

This is similar to me, I have somehow cut my 'frenulum', as I just found out it's called, and it can be painfull occasionaly when having sex or any time my foreskin is pulled back, even when flacid.
I must have cut it a few months ago now and it is like there is a notch out of it where it has been cut and then healed again.
It can be fine for a while then I think I cut it again, either when having sex or masturbating and it will hurt again and sting.

How should I go about getting this sorted?
Anything that can be done on my own, or is this one to go and see the GP about?
