I have this problem, there is a vein from the tip of my penis below the opening attached to my skin. I'm 18 and lately I've been trying to pull my skin back but the vein is limiting me. My penis is very sensitive and I don't know what to do. I really don't want to go to the doctor but if it serious I might as well get it over with. And I'm afriad since I haven't been to clean myself that some infection will occur. please help.

Skin bridges and tags are more common. Are you sure it is a vein?
It is not uncommon for the foreskin to not retract when young but by 18 you should be able to retract it fully. Your penis is likely sensitive since it has been protected by your foreskin.
