ok so I have a well what looks to be a skin ridge but people keep telling me it's a frenulum and I'm not Sure when I tug the skin back it pulls in my penis hole, and secondly it has a small vain in it so like the bridge or frenulum in side that. The reason I'm not sure on what it is, is because the gap that should be in between the head/shaft and the bridge is filled up with skin ( hence the vain ). I don't know what the deal is but I'm really embarrassed about it and it's makeing me depressed all I want to know is what it is and how do I get rid of it plz and thank you!!!!!

See a urologist. Stop asking unqualified people as to what it is and get it straight from the medical professional that specializes in the male reproductive system.
You need an exam. Most skin bridges resolve themselves. If there is a vein it would need to be cauterized so as not to bleed.
The initial exam should be fairly brief. Then you'll know for sure as to what is required.
From your description, it sounds like your frenulum may be a bit short. It can be treated in the urologists office with a frenuloplasty or frenulectomy.
