There was small muscular growth that is round in shape inside my right testicles. Previously it was not paining but now the size of that is increasing and it has started paining. Before two years, I had a check up and I took. medicines for a month but it did not work. The doctor said that it wont create any problems but now the pain is unbearable...Please please advice what I need to do..Do you think surgery is good for it.... I cant even sit properly this days, it worsening day by day.

Please go back and see your doctor. Are you sure this is a muscular growth? This seems unlikely. It is more likely to be an infection of the epididymus, which is very painful, but can be easily cured with antibiotics. Ask your doctor to refer you for an untrasound of your scrotum to determine for sure what the problem is. Regards, John.
