Hi I noticed this small shiny spot on my penile glans a few days ago. I've applied canesten. I have had the Gardasil vaccine. It is really only visible when light is shone on it directly. I have not noticed this before. I have masterbated quite a few times in the last two weeks. Last sexual encounter was three weeks ago. It was quite rough.

Is this something of concern or perhaps just an irritation or minor balantis?
