Maybe. Did you have any "feelings" when this happened?
It can be precum, it comes out before you have your orgasm. If you had a "good" feeling and then noticed the drops you likely did ejaculate. Semen is often clear when you first start to ejaculate. It gets more "milky" as you get older - and the amount increases too.
