Don't compare anything you see in porn to what happens to yourself they are putting on a show the moans are probably faked and not all guys are that big.
If the clear liquid comes out part way through masturbation it is precum if it comes out as you finish and are getting that nice tingly feeling then your ejaculating. With your erection going away shortly after it means you have had an orgasm and ejaculated. Not all guys shoot it out many guys just have it seep out and early in puberty it is normal for it to be clear and to only be a small amount.
