Sometimes sore after peeing, the pain only stays for a little while

Hi i'm a 13 year old male and sometimes (very rarely) my penis is quite sore after peeing...it only usually happens once or twice a month and its like a sharp-ish pain in my urethra I think (I say i think because its not fully in that area). The pain hangs about the top inside. This pain only stays for like 10 minutes and then goes away. As i said it is rare to happen for me because it only happens once or twice a month but I still want to know what the heck it is
