I had unprotected sex with a friend of mine. About 2 or 3 weeks later, I was taking a shower in the morning, and suddenly got very dizzy. I passed out in the shower. When I woke up, I was at the bottom of the tub. I had trouble getting out of the shower. At first, I didn't know which way was out (everything was the color white). When I did get out, I slipped and fell against the counter-top. When I finally reached my bed, I had the worst abdominal pains ever. I was screaming for my mom, and had to clench my toes in pain for an hour until the tylenol took over. The next day, I had the urge to go pee about every 5 minutes, but when I would try to go, nothing would come out. When I did go, iI was peeing blood and it hurt really bad.

what happened to me?

Aww Wow, that doesn't sound too good to me at all. I'm not sure what is wrong, but maybe are you pregnant? PMS? Urinary Tract Infection?
I think you should go to the doctor, and possibly the emerge immediatley if this is still happening. Not to worry you, but it could be serious. That's my advice. Go see a professional. I'm sure you'll be fine, but just to make sure. Hope you feel better.

Hello, I'm not a doctor, actually i'm just a teenager. And I haven't had anything as bad as this, but I have just noticed that there has been a small amount of blood in my urine, and i've been researching it up on the internet. I have been to the doctors and have done a urine sample, I was also given anti biotics, but enough about me, your comment made something click in my head. I've been reading up on things, and if the pain is in your lower back and/or spine, it is most likely something to do with your kidneys.
I do not want to alarm you, but you really should go to the doctor and get things checked out, just to be on the safe side. The last thing you want to do is leave it.
All the best.

To all of the above... very much sounds like a urinary tract infection (UTI for short). This is when bacteria gets in to the urethera and causes some problemos, including the feeling that you need to pee constantly, a painful feeling in the abdominals, and often also involves peeing blood.

Don't freak out too much (I know 3 friends who've had these, they are sorta common-ish) but do go to see a doctor! You need to do this because it will only go away with antibiotics. If you don't, it could spread to other organs (such as your bladder or kidneys) and could cause serious trouble.

Feel better and good luck!

Not a professional but I agree with the likelihood that it's a Urinary Tract Infection.  Especially if there has been unusual amounts of sex involved (google 'newly-wed syndrome or disease').  Unusual might not be a lot, just significantly more than usual.

If that's what it is, you probably will need antibiotics but yes, drinking highly acidic things can help too (bacteria die in low ph)

I understand it can be serious if left untreated but it's also very common.  Most of my friends or their others have had this..

Wash your hands (and whatever) before sex.
