I've been on Depo for almost two years (November will be two years) and I've never had spotting or a period since I started it. I'm 23 years old. I started spotting and cramping last Tuesday and it started as just a little bit of brown just when I wiped after going pee, and today it got worse. I have to wear pads now, it's gotten so bad, and my cramps are getting worse. And today was Thursday. So it's been going on over a week now. Two nights ago I also noticed my nipples are leaking a milky discharge (white and a little sticky) and if I squeeze them, more comes out. I went to the health department today for my depo shot, and asked for a pregnancy test and it came back negative, but they couldn't give me a reason for my symptoms. Could I still be pregnant?
