I am 20 years old and have always had regular periods. Lately though, I have had light bleeding after sex and after my periods as well as before. My most recent period was two days ago and was preceded with a week full of spotting - some days heavy enough for a light pad- then today I started spotting again. I am scared becuase I have never had this happen before. I take my birth control pills -Lutera- at a regular time right before bed every night. I have no health insurance and can't afford to pay for a doctor's visit becuase I only have a part time job. I am all the way accross the country from any family and don't know where to turn.

I had a pap test at the health department in NC when I was still living there and it came back fine but before I havd one that came back with abnormal cells that turned out ot be nothing to them. Could it have been something they missed?
