So, I'm having a terrible time after stopping birth control pills. I came off my pill four months ago because I had a weird anxiety coupled with migraines and headaches. But when I came off, I only got WORSE. Two days after stopping (I stopped after taking three pills of a new pack), I had a HORRIBLE panic attack. Since then, I've not been the same. Constant brain fog, walking in a kind of haze/dream-like state, SUPER depressed, anxious, back aches, lightheaded/dizzy/vertigo. I've seen every doctor under the sun and had every test done (even a head/neck MRI!) and I'm thousands of dollars in debt only to be told I'm fine. Can ANYONE relate to this? Also, I've not had a proper period since stopping. Today I finally started to bleed a TINY bit and I'm more anxious than ever. So my question: did anyone start to get better when their periods started? I'm beginning to feel hopeless and broken, like this will never end. I really don't want to get back on birth control, but I'm not sure what other options there are. This has turned my life upside down. I've got two sweet boys to take care of and I'm not being much a mother/wife right now. ANY help? Suggestions? Relate?
