Hi all,

I stopped taking birth control this year. I was on it for about 4 years. Since stopping it I feel nausea on and off, mostly in the mornings. Sometimes i feel sick for an hour, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes a tiny amount of nausea for a few days. Some days im completely fine. I know im not pregnant, I havent had unprotected sex and I have felt sick during my periods. Has anyone else experienced this? My skin went a bit crazy when i stopped taking the pill... thats really been the only other symptom. Its been about 2 months since I stopped taking it... Im hoping maybe by three months most of the residual hormones will be out of my system.
