I had plate and 6 screws put in neck, I occasionally take Vicodin for sleep, I had surgery in 07 and this is 2013, I still have tingling in right arm pains in neck, among other things. Insurance gave me 20,000.00 and I signed what papers they told me to. I thought every thing was going to be ok my quality of life has deminished, and still cost me money today. So don't sign off of any insurance papers and if you are not feeling better after one year get an attorney, I feel like I was lied to on how my life would be better.
