Suspicious densities left upper lung, results were always normal, this is the first time I got this

I have an CHEST PA x-ray last jan 3, 2017 .my result is

-Suspicious densities are seen on the left upper lung.

-Heart is not enlarged.

Diaphragm,sulci and visualized osseous structures are intact .

Conclusion:

SUSPICIOUS DENSITIES,LEFT UPPER LUNG

FOR SPOT VIEW

what that is mean? Pls do reply im so worried about this . I regularly have my x-ray due to my job and the result is always normal ..this is the first time i got this result . .can anyone help me pls . Thank you in advance
