Well, I'm a teenage female, and a virgin, and lately I've been having a burning sensation and flat out pain somewhere around my urethral opening for weeks. I've talk to a doctor, but...alas, they want to do all sorts of exams that I'm not up for at the moment. The area between my urethral opening and vagina appears to be swollen and by the looks of it somethings off because it hasn't looked this way before. And I don't think it is a yeast infection because my discharge is normal-looking and there is no unpleasant smell and rarely any itching. I don't know what to do and I'm very worried.

I have the same problem going on right now and i am also a teenager. My regular doctor did not know what could have caused it. She asked if i had hurt myself down there, but i haven't to my knowledge. She said it is not an STD or anything like that. She gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and said if the condition gets worse to go directly to the emergency room. She also said to sit in a warm bath and put a cold pack wrapped in a wash clothe on it for a while and see if it helps. So i would say you need to see a doctor about. She tried to get me into a gyno immediately but no one was available. So, see one if you can.
