my bf & i had sex with a condom and although he didnt finish im still super paranoid so i took plan b, the next day or 2 days later we had sex again and the condom came off inside me, he said he didnt finish but im still afraid of what could happen, my period is already irregular, i just need advise asap!

Him finishing or not there is a risk of pregnancy with any sexual contact. Precum may contain sperm.
You should not take Plan B more than once per cycle. It is intended for emergencies only, not because you're "super paranoid." It does NOT provide "future" protection. The "emergency" would have been when the condom came off. At this point all you can do is wait for your period.
Use a daily birth control pill if you're going to be sexually active. It is far more reliable than an emergency contraceptive.
