My Testicals used to very firm but lately they have been very loose and seems to be very soft as if water is there inside, and also i have noticed that from the time this has started happening my erection capablity has alo come down.. Rather my Erection is very short lived as my penis doesnt remin erected for a very long time

Do you think there could be any issue and i should consult a doctor.
