I have been dealing with annoying anxieties for several months now. Honestly, I do not even know how those happened to me, I am just afraid for everything now. Whatever has to happen, whatever I have to do, I am in a constant fear of failure. And sometimes I feel as if I am under some dizzy spells and cannot straight up.

I think there are several behavior courses/therapies/sessions that might help you with your problem. If it is not that serious situation. If it is, perhaps medications will be required in order to return you to your normal state. In either way, you should see your doctor first and ask for his advice.
