For the last year, I have been a sole witness of a change that went from mild and occasional concerns up to full time 24 hours a day anxieties and fears. You are right; it is time for you to seek some doctor's help. Maybe you will only need several therapeutic sessions, but perhaps the problem is somewhat more complicated.
