I have been taking alesse and recently got sick and puked. I try taking my pill around 10 each morning..later on i threw up about 6 or 7 that night. the bc would of been absorbed into my body by then right?

It depends upon how much food was in your stomach before you vomited but you'd likely have digested some of it.
Missing one pill isn't that much of a concern.
