Torn frenulum and loss of sensation

So, yeah. Here's the thing. A bud of mine had something similar happen to him. I've been using Man1 Man Oil for a while, not for the sensitivity, but to keep my penis all healthy and stuff. But I knew from reading the Man1 Man Oil stuff that it could help with penis sensitivity, because it has not only vitamin E but also something called acetyl L carnitine in it which does that. So I told him about it, and he sued it, and now his tool is all sensitized all again. Go for it; a guy doesn't want to lose any sensation in his equipment!

 

I also tore my frenulum in a zipper and had to remove the remainder with a (sterile) scalpel, so have lost a lot of sensitivty too. My erections still work fine but the feeling is a lot less, so I think my brain compensates somehow to keep me erect. The nerve endings in your frenulum have been destroyed, so no cream or pills will ever bring them back to life. It's like having a painful tooth....once the tooth is extrcted, the nerve dies and you'll never have toothache there again. Don't fall into the marketing trap of people telling you cream will work.
