Hello! started feeling some itchy/tickling sensation around my penis/testicle area,4 days later(which is today)itchy sensation became very,itchy,and I can't stand it,as much as I know everything seems right,my urine is fine,no redness no irritation,so basically everything seems fine,just it is tickling me whole day mostly on the head of my penis and that sensation sometimes varies from testicles to penis,but mostly it's on the head of penis,just as I said,and I think when I pee I get some relief or even when I'm walking.I don't know what is that,could it be damaged nerve or something?What can I do to get some relief or something?I'm 16 also.No pain,and nothing just strong itching,what could it be,please?Thank you in advance!Just forgot to mention,the sensation is same as like pointing your shower on to the head of penis,if you try you'll know and it is very tickling,very!

An itchy penis is a very common problem for men; often it’s related to the fact that the penis skin is so sensitive, due to it being so thin and to the penis being subject to heat and sweat due to its enclosure in layers of clothing. This may just be related to the soap you wash with or the laundry detergent you use being too strong or containing a chemical that is causing your penis to itch; switching to a milder soap and/or detergent may help.
