im trying to concieve for 18 mnts and before that i had miscarriage.fetus was in 28 weeks of pregnancy and it was iufd.dr said it was because of short umbalical cord.i used femara for 2 period,now im spotting and again no result.my husband is healthy and i dont know what to do.my dr said im a bit indometrious but its not very important.do i have to do surgery?
