Two periods than spotting in less than a month

You shouldn't make it a habit to play "catch up" with your birth control. This could be the reason why your periods are so eratic. You must take your pill at the same time every single day or you will run the risk of spotting and/or full blown periods before they are even scheduled. Get back on your schedule and do your best to stay on it. If it's because you are forgettful, like i am, place your pk of pills where you will see it. By the coffee pot, by your toothbrush, on your nightstand, anyplace that you will have a tendency to look at first thing. I used to put mine on the back of the toilet as that is the first stop i made every morning. You can even set the alarm on your cell phone to go off at a particular time in the morning.

I don't think your pregnant because you and your bf are practicing good birth control. This is just a case of your not taking your pills.
