Why don’t you ask the guy that you gave blow job to test self, or he is anonymous? It's great that he did not cum in your mouth, so the only risk would be the precum if you didn’t spit it out. Oral sex is much safer than other forms of sex, and you had safer oral sex by not letting him cum in your mouth, although you had a cold sore, so you should get tested to be absolutely sure. There re risks of some infections.
