1. Have you had children - vaginally?
2. IF so did you tear or suffer damage?
3. Do you suffer from constipation or have a hard time pooping - ie: moving position to get the poop out and rocking side to side that sort of thing
4. Do you have any pollups on your anus - hemmoroids?
5. How old are you?
6. Do you have pain while having sex?

I have the same issue, have been working with a few doctors trying to figure out what's going on. I have 2 BM monthly with the aid of medications, had 2 children vaginally (tore with 1st, episiotomy with 2nd) hemmoroids, pain during intercourse and I'm 30.

I had just started having this problem a few months ago and just came to find out i have an ulcer in my colon, its called ulcerative colitis and it doesnt go away . It may not be what you have but cant hurt to have it checked out.

I've been bleeding vaginally since birth, and the anal bleeding/tears started a couple weeks after. Also, I bleed everytime I poop and it hurts bad in both areas :/ I am still too scared to have sex.
