I have been told that when a woman gets her period it affects her weight. I want to know your thoughts about this, is this going to really affect my weight?

It is all water related, you blood contains water right? So IF you experience PMS - Pre Menstrual Syndrome - you can become bloated and have water retention! You can have "water weight" up to 10 pounds, but this will totally despair when your period is coming to an end! SOME women can also put on a pound or so, because they have a "Chocolate" urge! As I do - yet I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago!!! ;-) XD XD So don't worry about it OK?
