Hie everyonee,
I am a 9th grader who is going to be 14 this September.
I weigh 47.1 kgs or 103.62 lbs.
My father told me that I look fatter than I used to do before.
So please tell me if I am over weighted and give me some tips to reduce weight.

DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT UNTIL YOu tell me your height :) but basically just eat no more than 800 calories a day eat fruit and veg don't eat oily or fried foods or takeaways or ice cream or other c**p make your own healthy homemade foods have lean meat cook stuff like spag bol and eat salads and comment if you want o know anymore information :) and do 1 hour exercise each day like waling 3 miles, swimming, jogging, cycling, dancing etc.

I am 5'1 and i think i even gained 1 kg after going to my grandparents place. so I may me 48kgs or 105 pounds.
