Hello, I am 27 years old and I have just found out that my problems that I have are actually related to pollen allergy. So, I need some advice concerning this condition. What should I do/avoid? What can aggravate symptoms of pollen allergies? Should I start with drug therapy immediately or not? Any info would be helpful.

Well, one answer is very simple. Pollen aggravates the pollen allergy – quite logical. This means that you should avoid being in the vicinity of plants, weeds, even grass and trees, especially in the spring and summer, in the morning hours, when the pollen production is at its peak. Still, this is not enough and not an efficient way of dealing with this condition. I think that at one point or another you should turn to medications (corticosteroids, antihistamines).
