Hi I was wondering I took next choice and 6 days later which is today I keep spotting like its on and off its not a heavy bleed its just a little spotting I want to know is this a good thing or a bad thing,like is this suppose to happen?..does this mean I will get my period in the future my last period was June 16 and ended June 23

Next choice is an emergency contraceptive. They are very large doses of hormones and can cause your period to be earlier or later than normal. It also might be heavier or lighter than normal.
You are having normal side effects.
Your last period was June 16? 11 days ago? Or do you mean May 16? If you meant May it's probably about to come on.
