That would be an 800 mg of ibuprofen produced by Perrigo. I hope that you are not considering taking it though! You just wanted to know for informational purposes, right? DO you happen to recall having a bottle of pills or perhaps being prescribed any extra strength ibuprofen at any point? Either way, this is hardly a hard pain medication--just a higher dose of OTC headache medicine. I hope this helps!
