Im 20 I've had these things for years it may be because my foreskin was so tight that I could not pull it all the way over the head so I could not wash under the foreskin well thats sorted but these things won't go away though if I clean them a lot it seems to get better, I went to my doctor once about something else to do with my penis and he didnt say anything about them and I forgot to ask and am to embassed to go back.
