I recently started getting these bumps on my scrotum and my scrotum has become more wrinkly than ever. I was wondering what this could be. I do not think there is a chance in this being STD's but give me your opinion. I am going to give you links to the pictures of the penis and scrotum.

If you think they need to be looked at that bad, go see a doctor. They're medical professionals, I'm an experienced adult offering support and advice, where relevant and appropriate.
Here, bumps and wrinkles are a pretty reasonable description of how testicles feel.
The only person that can tell you if yours are not normal, is a doctor, in person.
