Yellow puss like substance coming out of Penis

Greetings everyone..i have been having the same problem for 3months now..i have bin having unprotected sex with the same girl for 3years now. Same problem with you..yellow purse discharge..with rash on the tip of the penis..i went for 3 different test for UTI, swab test and STD all came out negative.
Before then i was taking levofloxacin for over three weeks...all the pain was gone but the purse and the rash was still present.
So i went to a chemist where i met an experienced doc..immediately when he examined the penis he said it was gonorrea...i could not believe it coz i have bin having sex with only one girl..i asked him how come? The answer was shocking.
The bacteria can survive in a womans vagina for upto 10 to 13years without manifestation. For a man it takes 1 year or 2 to maniifest..i almost broke up with my girl.
He gave me an injection for 5 days and some anti biotics i am completely fine now.
Doctor do not know what is wrong that is why they rely on test and when it comes out negative they tell you to watch it for a while n you will keep going to the doc without getting any solutions. There is a reason for a purse discharging guys. Dont be scared visit an experienced doctor. I wasted alot of money going to hospitals at the end of the day i got a solution from a doc in a chemist without any test.

I think the best way to understand oneself. I'm having a similar problem but I think I have a slight idea of the cause. Travelled to see a girlfriend I haven't seen in a long time. Had a busy day so didn't want to disappoint her when we finally got to hookup later in the evening. So I took some sex enhancement drugs even though I knew I didn't have a need for that. We had sex (raw) but not as much as anticipated. Now I'm left with a rock hard penis, yet to ejaculate and she's either tired or not in d mood. So I end up humping through her dry thighs without actually penetrating through her vag. In d process, must have injured my urethra or corpus. I stopped when I noticed it. My penis is still hard and I'm yet to release some built up sperms. I ended up doing the hand job with no success at ejaculating. I left it, slept off. Two days later, I'm still having this hard erection with no sex and since not much of a fan of hand jobs, I left it. All along I'm wearing very tight pants plus two to three days long distance drive. Then came this very severe low back pain plus headache which I suspect to be as a result of the drugs I took three, four days back. Got some pain relieving drugs to ease the pains. Then started taking this dissoluble Vitamin C and Calcium. That's when I started noticing the itches on my corpus /urethra and when I rub it, that's when the fluid starts coming out. Now aside the fluids coming out on a regular basis, I still have this feeling of erection on my penis which is when those fluids come out. Also, I get a full erection at a slight rubbing of the urethra. My penis is still the same, no bums, no reddish anywhere. Normal urine aside a few pains if I urinate after rubbing the urethra. Also I noticed my urine foaming a few days before the yellow fluids but that has stopped. So I'm thinking could be a side effect from the drugs plus I still feel the urge to have sex but waiting for this to clear. Also thinking could be as a result of the unreleased sperm. Giving it 2wks...If it continues the with try medication. Not much of a fan of drugs.
