Hello I'm 21 Male and I recently had sex for the first time. Soon after my penis came up with a rash of big blotchy spots with puss in them. The spots are redish in colour and the puss is yellow. Every now and again the spots will explode with the puss and it is not very pleasent. They are also sometimes very itchy. Have i damaged my penis while I was having sex? Please help.. I'm very scared and am too embarresed to seek help from anyone. Thank you!

I am not an expert in this area at all, but puss suggests some type of cysts perhaps.
Were you well protected during sex, in your opinion?
I do not think that it is anything to worry over quite yet.
BTW, whilst Doctors can bat eyelids, they certainly will not bat one at something of this nature. They will be glad that you came to them and felt that you could trust them with a prized possession. So, I strongly advise seeing one, whether you are highly embarrassed about it or not my friend.
I will however try to get back to you on that one if I learn anything specific.

Hello i am a biology student at Harvard, pus and sores on your penis that are extremely uncomfortable is probably not the best thing to live with, you probably contracted a common sexually transmitted infection, you should contact a medical professional immediately because self diagnosis is one of the largest problems in the medical world, calmly make an appointment, walk in and get it checked out. Hi, normally I don't reply in forums often, but i need to share my experience as I understand there are a lot of readers out there as frustrated as I was when you experience something on your penis.
To give a little more clarity, i will start off with the first flare on my penis. Because of the location of the rash, i saw a doctor immediately. From the rash, the doctor has prescribed antibiotics and acyclovir cream (we suspect it is either cold sore or bacteria infection). The treatment did not work!
1 week later, saw another doctor, and he suspects it's a STD rash. To my surprise, I only have 1 sexual partner. Anyhow, took a blood test for Herpes type 1 and type 2, HIV test. All turns out negative.
After reading from forums and the internet, i tried non-steroid anti-fungal cream. It didn't work!
This issue persisted for 2 months, coming on and off. In the end, saw a skin specialist and I was diagnose with Fixed Drug Reaction~~!!
I was taking some NSAIDS for my gout, and turns out after taking for too long, we will develop this Fixed Drug Reaction or eruption on your skin. The treatment here is just stop all OTC and prescribe drugs until your skin heals (2-3 weeks).
