Some say that that I can remove fat on my chest with Yohimbine HCL. They say that that Yohimbine HCL works wonders in that area. Can get upper part of my chest bigger with Yohimbine HCL?
First of all chest is one muscle! Both the clavicular and sternal pectorals major function as a single force-producing muscle because of how they are attached and their functions. So, upper and lower chest = one muscle! Since the upper and lower chest work completely together regardless of bench positioning, the decline will work the upper chest more. Second one Yohimbine is an alkaloid found in the inner bark of a tree that grows in southern Africa, Corynanthe yohimbe. It has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac, and alkaloids derived from this tree have been studied in depth. Yohimbine is now used primarily in veterinary medicine and in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Are you sure that they talked about Yohimbine HCL. There is yohimburn a topical gel. I think that you meant yohimburn.
Put Yohimbine HCL into your PC search engine and you will see the details of it orgin, specific medical definitions. and its proprietary uses.
It is only available in the UK with prescription.
Norepinephrine and Yohimbine
Ativation of the alpha 2 receptor inhibits the release of NE. Thus, by binding to this receptor, NE functions as its own negative feedback signal. In other words, it shuts off its own release. Obviously, this is not a good thing for fat loss. This is particularly true at rest (which, unless you are a marathon runner is 95% of your day) -- this is because alpha 2 receptors are activated at lower catecholamine levels than are the beta receptors (1). Thus, thermogenesis is basically always turned off. It is the differences in regional distribution of alpha 2 and the beta receptors that is responsible for the gender differences in bodyfat storage (2). Basically, females have a large number of alpha 2 receptors and few beta receptors in the gluteofemoral area (hips, thighs, and butt), while men have the same problem in the midsection. With exercise or the use of compounds such as the ephedrine/caffeine stack, catecholamine levels can be increased to a point where the alpha 2 induced inhibition of lipolysis is partially overcome (1). However, even then, the alpha 2 receptors ARE still acting to reduce lipolysis. Yohimbine is a selective alpha 2 antagonist (3) and can thus short circuit this feedback loop, maximizing NE levels, thus maximizing fat loss, particularly in these problem areas.
Basically if you have dieted and it seems like you lose the fat in all the wrong areas and not where you want to lose it, then yea this might help you.
Yohimbe is an attractive supplement for bodybuilders in that it will help you in three key areas. It is useful for better pumps in your muscles when working out, helping in getting rid of stubborn bodyfat, and as a thermogenic extender. As was stated earlier in the article, it is used for keeping the blood in the penis for treating impotence, it can also be of benefit for bodybuilding in that it helps promote a better pump in your muscles as well from the dilation of peripheral blood vessels in your body. This could be of particular benefit for increasing vascularity in the body as well. This supplement is also particularly effective in cutting lower bodyfat in both men and women as well. The lower body has a higher number of the alpha-2 receptors, especially in women. These A2 receptors cause the body to hold onto fat. Yohimbe, since it is an alpha-2 andrenergic antagonist, really helps you fight the lower fat problems by being an alpha receptor blocker. You can almost draw a comparison to how nolvadex works by blocking estrogen from reaching the receptors in the body thereby reducing/eliminating the chance of gyno. In men these A2 receptors as most prevalent in the belly and love handles and in women in the calves, thighs, and buttocks. This alpha-2 blocking effect helps the body to release stubborn fat deposits. On the flip side, your body will try to fight this eventually by just producing more of the alpha receptors. I am sure that this would make it an attractive product for just this reason alone. In most individuals, the fat in these areas is the hardest to lose on your body. The third reason for taking yohimbe is that it helps to extend the effectiveness of other proven thermogenic supplements. After continuous use of these products for a length of time, the body downregulates the beta-2 receptors. This in turn also down regulates the alpha-2 receptor as well. Well, since yohimbe is a potent alpha (A2) receptor antagonist, it then blocks these A2 receptors making the thermogenic supplements again effective for a longer time period. This entension of effectiveness is not indefinite. You might want to use the yohimbe for these extension purposes for an addtional 3-4 weeks and then cycle off the supplements to allow your body to again normalize. After 4-6 weeks off of these supplements, you can again go on them and extend their effectiveness when they start to c**p out with yohimbe.
All in all, this a a kickass supplement in my opinion. The proof will be readily apparent to you once you have tried it for yourself. There are many supplements that contain yohimbe both OTC as well as prescription based.
Side effects most commonly associated with yohimbe are nervousness, irritability, and tremors. If the side effects are too much for you cut the daily dosage down to a half and gradually increase the dosage until you are up to the recommended dosage again. Reported therapy is not to exceed more than 10 weeks.
Sensitivity to yohimbe varies greatly from individual to individual. How to take yohimbe, start out slowly and increase the dosage to whatever is tolerable for you. Give yohimbe a shot and you won't be disappointed!
Also you can combine it with another supplement that was banned but then brought back and that cocktail does make a kickrear fat melter.
2 weeks on and 2 weeks off instead of the 3-4 recommend above. Oh and you have to do more than just take a supplement while you sit on the couch eating chips and watching tv.
I had no idea that this was causing it. And I feel half sick now, knowing.
Wow it amazes me how much these replies are based on quick google searches and simple COPY and PASTE from a wiki page or some other wannabe fitness blog. You people are such re****s... it's funny. Nobody has the decency to be honest, you all know everything. That's why 99% of people on your local gym are fat, got fatter or look exactly the same as when they joined 2 years later.
And 99% of the ones that are not are using pro hormones, aka designer steroids, under the illusion that you are natural.
BTW Yohimbe HCL is an effective compound only if you are doing a very extreme caloric restriction protocol. And you only take it if you are already VERY lean to the point that you can see your abdominals connect to your inter-coastal muscle..(for you re****s...already have a six pack).
Here is some advice to you dumb asses and lazy re****s. There is no MAGIC pill ( my mistake, actually there is various forms of steroids and clenbuterol) but once you stop taking ur magic pills you get even fatter!!
Find a natural fit individual in your gym and ask them what they did to achieve their physique. If they were always lean your sh*t outta luck. If they had average genetics like 80% of the population and they transformed their body drug free, I emphasize "DRUG FREE" then you'll get valuable information.
Here is a reality to you stupid men and you dumb women! The media wants to sell you fat free products and protein shakes ad these will not help in your fat loss nor muscle gain!
Not 1 picture that you have seen online of a guy with a guy or a girl with 6 pack did not use one the mentioned drugs. Even those actors and actresses are given testosterone boosting products by their "personal trainer" who themselves gotten those results by using such drugs .... seen that guy from 300? go check him out now.
Are you so astute to believe that women put plastic in their bodies but won't take abundant drugs to be lean?
