This exercise is great for biceps and forearms. To perform it you will need an elastic band.
Stand on the band. You need to create tension in arms. Hold elastic band in both hands with your arms extended and at your sides.
Pull the elastic band upwards. At the highest point your forearms are parallel to the floor. Keep elbows and upper arms still and close to your body.
Exhale as you pull the band upwards and inhale as you return it to starting position.
