Chest press on a ball is a great exercise for your chest, core, triceps, shoulders, hips and buttocks. To perform it you will need two dumbbells and a fitness ball.

Place your head and shoulders on a fitness ball. Your feet are shoulder width apart and legs are forming 90 degree angle in your knees. Keep your knees, hips and back in straight line. Hold dumbbells at your sides with your elbows forming 90 degree angle.

Fully extend your arms by pushing the dumbbells up.
