This exercise is great for your back and your glutes. To perform it you will only need an exercise mat.
Lie on your back with arms right at your sides and your knees forming 30 degree angle. Your feet are shoulder width apart.
Raise your hips of the floor while keeping your shoulder on the exercise mat. Your body must form a straight line. Slowly return to starting position. Do not let your hips touch the exercise mat.
Inhale as you raise your hips and exhale as you lower
