This exercise is great for pelvic area.

To perform it you will need an exercise ball.

If you don’t have it, you can sit on the pillow on the chair.

Sit comfortably on a ball with your back straight.

Feet are on the ground, and a bit wider than shoulder width apart.

Start performing side stretches with your pelvic area.

Repeat at least 20 times and make sure to follow your comfort level.
