This exercise is great for your shoulders and your middle back. To perform this exercise you will need two dumbbells.

Stand relaxed and upright with your feet shoulder width apart. Place dumbbells in your hands with your shoulders rotated forward. Your arms are straight and to your sides.

Start lifting the dumbbells by rotating the shoulders back and pinching the rear delts. When you lift the dumbbells your elbow will form 90 degree angle. Slowly return to starting po
