This exercise is great for triceps and upper body. To perform it you will only need a fitness ball and two dumbbells.
Lie supine with shoulder blades firmly planted on the ball. Feet are shoulder width apart and legs are forming 90 degree angle in knees. Your body forms a straight line from knees to shoulders. Arms are extended and perpendicular to your body.
Lower your forearms to your ears. Throughout the exercise your elbows and upper arms should not move. Return forearms
