This exercise is great for chest and upper body. To perform it you will only need an exercise ball and one dumbbell.

Lie supine on the ball. Feet are shoulder width apart and forming 90 degree angle in knees. Body forms a straight line from knees to head. Place a dumbbell in hands with arms extended behind head.

Bring a dumbbell slowly above your chest. Throughout the exercise keep your arms straight. Return to basic position.
