I have been thinking about doing something like kundalini for a long time now, and I now have the opportunity to sign up for classes locally and I really want to take that chance! Recommendations for a yoga DVD?

I seriously need to look into becoming more flexible. Anyone got any suggestions for a DVD that I can follow along to at home. Classes are pretty much out of the question. My schedule is too tight to make room for that.

Answered by a doctor

Mr Aire and I need to purchase a yoga video that is not bordering on calisthenics. We need something that is gentle and relaxing and keeps our joints and muscles flexible. Kind of a stress-buster, too. Any ideas?

Tae Kwon Do and Marathon Training

Answered by a doctor

Hope this is the right place for this question. My son is starting Tae Kwon Do lessons and I am thinking about taking them as well. Will the lessons hinder my marathon training? Anyone with experience doing both?
