I seriously need to look into becoming more flexible. Anyone got any suggestions for a DVD that I can follow along to at home. Classes are pretty much out of the question. My schedule is too tight to make room for that.

Do it...I love Yoga! It's a great stress reliever as well as making you more flexible. I find little aches and pains are not as frequent since I've been doing it regularly. It's awesome the day after your long run.
