Dark brown/reddish spots on scrotum

I have noticed a couple dark/reddish-brown pots on the side of my scrotum. I now have 4. They feel someting like a mole as far as surface feeling. Is this a form of cancer?

Right Testicle swollen & tender 6 months after hernia surgery

I had hernia surgery 6 months ago on right side. It was not laproscopic. I went to surgeon several times since with no positive results. It is painful. MD does not seem to feel patch has come loose. What do I do? Is this dangerous? Will it go away?
